Curried Chicken Bits

Ooh, this is the best new recipe yet!  The sauce is sweet but salty and really good with rice.  I decreased the amount of curry powder to 1 tsp, but kept the rest of the amounts the same.  Next time i'll make more sauce so that we can have more to put on the rice.  Anyway, here are the pictures and again there just isn't that much light in my kitchen..
 
 
   
....but this is a definite keeper to be made at least monthly; sososososo simple!  Oh yeah, I did not precook the meat in the microwave, cause that just grosses me out.  Thanks for looking today and come back soon!
